Currently orders can only be placed by printing out the form from the website and mailing it along with a check or money order to the address below. I don’t recommend sending cash through the mail.

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours via US Mail  and will be shipped first class or priority mail depending on the weight of the package or specific direction from the customer. Please include a phone number on your order so I can notify you of any delays. Shipping charges are 10% of the total order.

Wholesale Information

To open an account, you will need to provide a copy of your State Tax ID Form, and business address information, phone #, Fax #, and a contact name is always helpful. 

Opening wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.  The minimum requirement is 3 patterns or books per title.  There is no minimum dollar amount.   

Established wholesale accounts can phone in orders to (225) 673-8975 or (225) 223-4194.  I’m available Monday – Friday 9 AM to 5 PM (Central Standard Time) and Saturdays 9 AM to 3 PM between errands.   Orders can also be E-mailed to Pinsandneedle@cox.net.   You are welcome to use the order form on the site. 

Net 30 accounts will be granted once credit is established.  All accounts that are in arrears are subject to suspension of privileges. 

I try my best to ship within 48 hours but should there be a delay, you will be notified.  Small orders will be shipped first class or priority mail depending on the weight of the package.  Orders over 5 pounds or over $100 will be shipped UPS or FedEx

Trunk Shows

I always enjoy being welcomed into your shop by displaying my patterns and models.  If you would like to schedule a trunk show or display a model in your booth at a quilt show, the requirements are listed below:

·        Choose a minimum of 3 designs for trunk shows.  No minimum for quilt shows – I understand about booth space.

·        Purchase a minimum of 6 patterns for each of the designs you have chosen

·        Mimumum length of trunk/quilt show is 1 week and not to exceed 3 weeks .

·        We share the shipping cost – I ship – you return
